Scheduling and Punctuality
Our beauty services, encompassing hairstyling, manicures, pedicures, and cosmetic treatments, are available exclusively by appointment, subject to availability.
To fully embrace the tranquility of your experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Any modifications to your booking must be communicated a minimum of 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service cost, while those made within 6 hours will be billed in full. Please inform us of any preferences or sensitivities prior to your treatment to customize your experience to your exact specifications.
Respect and Comfort
Our sanctuary is dedicated to fostering relaxation and well-being. We kindly ask that you maintain a serene atmosphere by avoiding loud conversations and refraining from mobile phone usage during treatments. Adhering to appointment schedules and punctuality ensures the smooth operation of our services, providing a delightful experience for all guests.

Beauty services are available for individuals aged 16 and above. Minors may receive select age-appropriate services with the express consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Payment Methods
Services may be settled at the SPA Reception using cash or credit card, or charged to your room account if you are a hotel guest. Pricing is determined by the complexity and nature of the services provided and may be updated in accordance with internal policies without prior notice.
